try artweaver and use the digital airbrush for all the ms paint stuff.that would complete this....oh,and BOOM!

but dude looks like a lady!and the proportions are a bit off on the arms.whats his general age?cause if hes young i understand the slightly feminine look.as for the nose,it needs a bit more definition.
